Epic Grace
The Story of God's Unearned Favor
We want to be a community where people feel safe to seek God at their own pace. We share in the story of God's love shown in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. This epic grace is God's unearned favor for all people. God knows us fully and still loves us, even to call us something different, something better. We invite you to come seek God and His epic grace with us.
Meet Pastor Bill Case
Hello, my name is Bill Case and I am the pastor of The Ridge. As you can see in the picture, I have a wonderful wife named Wendy and two vibrant little boys named David and Ryan. We have been in ministry together for almost 13 years and are excited that you are considering joining us in our journey. I am passionate about living out our faith in Jesus Christ in community. All of us start somewhere and grow to love God and others with our real everyday lives. This takes authentic community and the indescribable love and grace of God. I hope you will find that community of love and grace with us.
Other things you might want to know about me are: My ministry experience includes eight years of youth ministry, five years as an associate pastor at Western Hills UMC, and now 2 years church planting in West El Paso; I have an undergraduate degree in Business from Baylor University (Sic’m Bears!) and earned my Masters of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary; I enjoy playing golf, good music, photography, playing guitar, and tasty food. Now that you know me a little, come by and let us get to know you better.
Phillipians 2:1-11
¹If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, ²then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose. ³Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others. Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death - even death on a cross! Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
